I have a rcp with standard. went into white river branch, confirmed with a consultant that if i make a deposit to qualify for the 15% refinance then i would be able to withdraw it. so i put in R4000 into the account and upon requesting funds i was told the revolving facility has been removed. NOBODY TOLD ME THIS! HOW MUST I KNOW? NOW I HAVE TAKEN R4000 AND PUT INTO AN ACCOUNT AND I DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO LIVE WITH? YOUR CONSULTANT SAID IT WAS OK TO DO, NOW I AM TOLD I CANNOT EVEN GET THAT MONEY BACK, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A MISTAKE ON YOUR SIDE! 15 YEARS WITH STANDARD AND IM TOLD SORRY I CANNOT HELP? GREAT SERVICE AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIP YOU MAINTAIN? THINK ITS TIME I MAKE A CHANGE!? at least give me the 4200 back as it was error on your part!!!
