I would like to complain about Standard Bank's poor service.
They are charging me prime 13 percent for the Revolving Loan Facility. I complained about this several times and decided to lodge a formal complaint with the branch i.e. Tyger Manor.
Two weeks later and I received no response from them whatsover.
In addition the consultant told me that Standard Bank have cancelled the revolving loan facility and therefor clients cannot borrow again, even if 15% is paid off.
I objected to this, but I was told that Standard Bank have sent out the communications to all the clients.
This is rather pathetic service and I'm not happy with it.
