Standard bank does not repond to me

The service at standard bank is pathetic my partner and I have been with standard bank for years, we have been trying to apply for a credit card and with no help from this bank, I am wanting to change to FNB because they have given us much better service than standard bank., i have receiving emails from standard bank sayin a consultan will contact me but they never do. are you going to contact me after i have changed by bank, and when you do contact me im sure you will not be able to help, been a loyal customer to standard bank and to receive terrible service like this is dam disgusting, all we want is to apply for a credit card what is the dam problem with assisting us
