I have spent around R15000 on fuel at Caltex since I have registered with U-COUNT and have yet to receive the rewards. The latest excuse is that the machine used to pay is linked to the one-stop-shop! Who would spend so much at a garage shop I don't know. I have a tracker number #2024235 on which I have reponded on numerous occasions but am not yet satisfied. Please assist.
