I concur with other reports on this topic. If one has a garage card it is an obvious choice for fuel payments. Why should one lose out on rewards because of this choice. After all, that is the reason SB introduced the garage card - for it's customers convenience when purchasing fuel. I have lost many rewards/discounts because of this misunderstanding. Many Caltex fuel stations don't know how the rewards/discount system works & it seems many don't care either. SB, it appears, are also not very concerned by one's request to reallocate/transfer these "lost" Ucount rewards.
