In December I spend R2000 on fuel at Caltex and didn't receive my rewards. You say I get R1 per litre. Well then I should have received minimum of R120. I did not get this. You are cheating people out of their rewards. You are not running an honest system. Please update my rewards which you owe me.
The funniest of everything is that you are probably messing up so much with this Ucount rewards that your email isn't even working. I have been trying for over a week to send a mail. Do you really cheat so many people out of their rewards that your system crashed.

My problems with Standard Bank are endless. I mean can you people not open your eyes and see that your client services are not up to scratch. Seriously. Look at all the Hello Peter complaints you guys get on a daily basis. This is disgusting really. You should really step up. Standard bank services are the worst ever. Sis.
