Not Honouring a Claim

I have 2 loans from AB and I payed regularly until I had a Cerebral Vascular Accident (Stroke) after the birth of my daughter on the 19 Oct 2011. I payed until January 2012 I think and then I had to decide whether to support my baby and get medical and therapy to recover. I'm still at the moment on temporary disability. I could not communicate after the stroke so family took all calls until I could communicate. We have faxed my I'd copy, mri reports, neurologist reports, speech reports and employer letter stating I'm I'm temp disability and dont get my salary. Since feb 2012 we have faxed almost every month more than once a month. Yet every month african calls and ask why am I not paying. I have to explain to it and then they apologise and ask to fax again. Then the collectors VVM would call and the same thing again over and over. 6 weeks ago I received a sms that said the documents was received and will be sent to the insurance dept. Then I never heard anything expect from the collectors. Everyone in AB and VVM collectors promises to call me in 24 hours and I never received a follow up call. I am tired and frustrated and disappointed that African Banks customer service is shocking
