Activity at an FNB ATM

Please note that I had sent a formal comlaint to FNB to e-mail address [Email Removed] with respect to short funds received on a withdrawal processed by myself on Saturday, 31 August 2013, 11h19 at an FNB ATM, situated inside a TOTAL garage on Atlas Road, Boksburg. I requested a withdrawal of R2 000 and only received R500 out of the machine. I then logged a formal complaint with my Bank who then contacted FNB only to be informed that there was no discrepancy at their ATM. To date I have received no response with respect to my e-mail sent direct to FNB and honestly belive that no thorough investigation was done to resolve my problem. I have unfortunately been out of pocket for the R1500 which is indeed a substantial amount of money and cannot belive that a Corporate would be so unprofessional and not willing to carry out the necessary investigations to resolve this. I will never use another FNB again and have informed my friends and family to also be weary of the terrible level of service afforded by First National Bank.
