My money and defimation of character!

On the 28th of April 2012, I sent myself an e-wallet and then tried to withdraw it from an atm machine at Emperor's palace. While I was making my withdrawal, Justice, the atm custodian was servicing the machine. Unfortunately, while my transaction was being processed by the machine on my side, because he was servicing it from the inside, the machine did not dispense the cash. I received a receipt letting me know that my e-wallet had been deducted even though the atm did not dispense the cash. Justice, and his manager Johan Van Eeden were helpful enough to escort me to their office to call FNB. When we called to log a call, we were advised cellphone banking was not available on weekends for complaints and queries of that nature. On the Monday morning on the 30th, I called FNB and logged a call. I was not given a reference number. I was informed it would take 7 working days to resolve my query. After those days passed, I called back to follow up and had to relog the call. on the 8th of May I followed up again and then went to the branch on the 14th and received help there. I called again on the 15th and 16th and eventually was told I would not get my money back! I NEVER GOT THE CASH!
