New Card not working

On Fri 30/08/2013 I applied for a credit limit on my cr card which was approved. I was informed to take all the relevant paperwork into your Pavilion branch which they sorted out as always 110%. They sent everything off to H/O and I received a SMS informing me that the increase had been approved. Later that day I tried to use the card and it was declined, I was informed that it had not been "warmed". Today I contacted H/O and was informed that the card had been "Warmed" but it would take 3 days to activate. I explained to the call centre operator that I needed to use it straight away. After been put on hold she came back and informed me that it had been activated for use. I even received a SMS informing that it was now active. I have tried to use it at 2 different outlet and both times it was declined much to my embarrassment.
This sort of service is totally shocking and needs to be sorted out with immediate effect.
You need to look at the way Pavilion runs their branch and learn from them what service is actually about.
