Cant live without my cellphone

Last week I was completely blown away by the service Daron gave me. I was contacted twice before by ffw and in non of those times was I impressed. A couple of weeks ago my cellphone got damaged I contacted ffw they let me know it needed to be assessed. I tried numerous times to make an appointment for my cellphone to be picked up, due to the nature of my work I realised that I couldn't hand in my phone until I got a replacement (you don't get a loan phone something I think needs to change) eventually Daron called me after taking over my account from some one else. I explained that I couldnt hand in phone same as I explained to other consultants who contacted me. We then went through different ways which would work for me best, none of the others of ffw did this. Eventually we came to the conclusion to have it replaced. An hour later I had a new cellphone in my hand fully functioning. No paper work it was the easiest thing I ever had to do. I am really impressed with daron understanding my job. I feel like the case was individualised and I received special care and treatment. thanks first for women! my first claim ever was a good experience
