Poor poor poor disgusting service

After depositing a cheque on 6 November, I am still waiting for my money to become available. All other DECENT banks in this country will take 7 days for a cheque to clear but Capitec is too pathetic to clear their own funds and is apparently dependent on ABSA to do clearing on their behalf.

Well, the cheque I have deposited in my Capitec account is an ABSA cheque but I still have to wait and wait and wait.

Disgusting, pathetic service, Capitec. Thank you for nothing.
