Poor Service from Capitec

I recently cancelled my debt review process and I contacted capitec debtreview department to inform the of
the cancellation and sent them the 17.4 Form. I requested the settlement amount for my loan from them they said I have to wait until they assigned Lawyers to my account. I then waited for a week for them to do that. I finally got the contacts of the Lawyers but to my surprise when I contacted the Lawyers they say they havent received my file from Capitec, I have been calling the Lawyers for the past three weeks they say they dont have the file yet. it is frustrating for me because I want to settle the account.
