Non update of information on ITC and i pay every m

I got a loan from Capitec bank and i experienced financial challenges and i defaulted on some monthly payment and capitec bank reffered the account to their lawyers and since august the get their money through stop order from my employer and its R2200 per month which is a lot of money even thoug they get their payment their show it at the ITC as non payment. i tried to consult with their lawyers and i was told i must settle the amount before it can be updated i pay them every month for heaven sake. they treat me like a criminal.
