I had a personal loan with Capitec bank which I settled long time ago. Last time I received calls from their lawyers saying that I owe them. I reported this matter and was resolved and they (Capitec) sent me another new proof of payment. Now the problem begun. I've been receiving phone calls from Capitec bank from Durban threatening to list my name on credit bureau if I don't pay the amount that I owe them.
May you please help me by advising the Capitec bank head office to update my status on all of their systems because these people say my name is still reflected as owing them on their systems
