ABSOLUTELY UNREASONABLE

So today I went to my bank in my lunch hour to get some statements over the counter as originals are required for a bond application. I spent 30 minutes of my lunch hour in a queue whereby the 2 clerks at the enquiries desk were both helping 2 clients for all this time, I am not even embellishing about the time, eventually I decide to use the self help kiosk for the statements and ask a loan consultant to stamp it, I asked her how much it cost to find out that it is a whopping R16.30 a sheet. I am more that shocked, a) there should be a sign on the kiosk to say that you are going to robbed of your money if you choose this method, b) get more clerks during lunch time to assist with growing queues. If I was able to get to a consultant the statements would have beein in date range and far less than the 15 pages i had to screen print eventually. This is appalling. Nedbank seem to disappoint more often than what they actually assist. I am so worried about actually contacting them regarding a bond application. How do you even come up with a price like R16.30 a sheet of paper when there is no signage and when the staff are not capable of getting through a growing queue??
