I was involved in a car accident on the 29/09/2013, the person responsible is insured with Imvusa Risk Solutions. I have made endless calls to followup on the claim for my car repairs & the feedback received from the insurer indicates that I should wait for feedback, meanwhile its almost 2 months sice the event occurred & I have not received a single call back from the insurer since my brief meeting with their claims assessor. This is by far the worst service experience considering the fact that I am now immobile & battling with transport to meet my daily traveling responsibilities, I can't even drive my children to school anymore!!
