Pathetic service

I get paid by cheque and always cash my check at the overport city branch of standard bank. They were offline on the 16th of november and had went into the musgrave branch of standard bank. The lady looks at me a few times after taking my licence and goes away without any communication. She looks at me like i am a customer. She goes and take 10 minutes with the manager, when i ask what's the matter she calls the manager who said they need some time to investigate signatures which took another 10 minutes. She ask to sign the check and write I'd number which i never did with any of my previous checks. That's why i am glad i don't have an account with this bank.
