I filed a claim for a leaking pipe and almost 2 months later, I'm still waiting for the job to be completed. Tiles were chopped off and pipes checked, no leak was detected so the tiler put the tiles back but I still can't use the shower. Some pays off the tap is missing and the shower head still had the tap that the plumber put on to stop the water. Discovery has never contacted me to find out about the progress or give me feedback. I always had to phone them. This Is disgusting service and I expect this to be rectified on Monday SO I can use my shower again. This has gone on long enough!
Every single claim I have issues with you guys, after this I will be moving my insurance. You guys are absolutely useless!
