So after months of being taken from pillar to post by FNB they still won't give me proof that they debited my account on behalf of Vodacom for a contract I apparently agreed to last year. I'm still listed and no one seems to know what to do about this issue. I am now going to move banks and my husband is going to move banks along with me.
