I have recently opened an FNB account and am starting to regret it. I have personal loans with them - hence the move to FNB.
For the last couple of weeks I have been having very rude and abrupt calls from the accounts department, claiming my account is in arrears. They don't give you time to explain until they have finished reading the dialogue and say how are you going to pay this.
I have been 3 times to an FNB branch and 3 times they have informed them that I am up to date and that I have the proof. The branch I went to has faxed these documents through and have even phoned them to confirm that they have the documents.
Could someone please tell me what I should do, because I am losing my temper over non communication and the unprofessional behaviour when getting phone calls.
Are they allowed to phone other branches, because apparantly they can't.
Please FNB I don't want to move banks, help me out.
