Poor Service With Claim

My Business Delivery/Collection Vehicle was nearly 4 weeks ago, and still no answer on finalization on claim! On the 22nd October 2013 we woke up to be utterly shocked when our electric gate was broken and our vehicle not where we had parked it. Immediately we called our broker and the police, the police arrived within 30minutes and our broker told us, over the phone, exactly what we needed to do. Since then I have had to spend hours away from the office, borrow other vehicles to keep my business running, make excessive amounts of phone calls, we had to wait 3 weeks for a claims officer to come and see us, and yet we still to this day have not had feedback from OR finalization on this claim. Why do we pay insurance when in this kind of incident - where we are already traumatised and stressed, do we still have to do all the running around and calling to the insurance company??? Who is going to pay for the loss of business, running around and time that I have spent, not to mention the phone calls to my broker??? This is disgusting service!!! a month later and no-one knows what is happening!!! Does PSG not care about their customers???
