No help or service from MY bank

I called my bank to ask if I could get an extension on my smart loan. I have paid more than half the loan up and this is the first time I am asking for help from my bank. All I wanted was for one month break and then I can resume payments. They can add a extra month to the outstanding months or they can take the one month installment over 3 months. I just have a unexpected payment and it would of been great for my bank to help me out since I've been a loyal customer for so long. Instead they tell me to cancel the direct debit, get a bad credit rating and then they will take double payment the next month. well thanks for nothing. So I say I think I will just go and move to another bank and the agent says Ok. Well I guess then that's what I will do. Seems Fnb doesnt give a about their clients.

First time I ask for help and definitely the last. I will move banks before the end of the month.
