I have been trying to get eBucks credited to my account from authorized suppliers since 20th December 2012. I am still waiting for eBucks to do their job!
The call centre agents first claimed they lost the initial fax. Since then, every agent spoken to has made false promises as to when the eBucks will be credited.
Enough! It is wasting time and airtime continually calling people who can't do their jobs.
I want this matter resolved, my eBucks credited to my account and compensation for time, airtime and trouble.
Totally unimpressed!
