This is a follow up complain I posted about a month ago. Old Mutual Complains Manager made contact with me regarding the matter, they wanted me to pay R1500 for arrears, but I refused because I will not carry financial costs for their mistakes. Carol agreed to this & promised to try other avenues to resolve the matter, but over the weekend I got an sms from my phone, there was an attempt to deduct the R1500 amount from my account after I had made it clear that I will not carry the financial implications of this problem. In other words Old Mutual tried to take my money without my consent, that is stilling & . I have been living without a Life Policy for a month.
Old Mutual are so incompetent it takes them more than a month to resolve a customer's problem. They don't care about us as clients, I have been living without a Life Policy for a month.
I do not recommend Old Mutual for anybody
