Terrible service handling claim

In 2011 I was in a terrible car accident squashed between two cars because a guy drove over a red robot with no attempt to stop. I was stuck in my car and the ambulance had to take me out through the back of my car on a stretcher because I got so badly hurt.
After requesting feedback several times a month they asked me a year after my accident to forward through my drivers' lisence and ID as they do not have it anymore? Also I had to hear that they still haven't traced the 3rd party after I have told them that metro accident assist towed the car of the 3rd party to his house that night of the accident and they've got all his information for Santam.
Today they give feedback... exactly 1year and 4 months after my accident, just to tell me the 3rd party is denying being in an accident and that they are going to close the file!!!
Is this how they define "CUSTOMER SERVICE"? I would like to ask Santam this... what would they have done if the accident was so bad that I was unconscious? Would they still say I can't provide them with enough information? I have never in my life received this level of service!!! I strongly feel that I don't even want to be a client at Santam anymore!!
