Scorpion has been unable to followup and resolve an issue i handed to them over 7 years ago. i found they were very very incompetent. you register a claim and nothing is done about it, but when u inquire you are told that it was not even recorded on the system - you must resubmit. you do that and then you never hear a thing about it. so frustrating for a legal insurance company which promises the world! and but what annoys me again is that they keep wanting to deduct premiums after i had formally closed the account (in a branch) and had someone from scorpion call and confirm that i want this acc closed. i wasn't however surprised that solving the issue was not even entertained. they are happy to only take and not give... is illegal! i want all my premiums please. why would they still continue debiting from my bank acc, when i have made it clear, in a written statement, the reasons why i am cancelling my membership. they still want my money so much that after i tried to block their debits on my online banking, they changed the reference so they can still take from me every month. i want nothing more to do with Scorpion..
