I'm at Miway insurance and had a little accident about 4 months ago. I logged a claim and was given a claim number, but since then it's been a dead end road. A company called me and told me to bring my car in for repairs in Durban, but I'm in Cape Town. I called MiWay again and was told that someone would call me back. No-one called me back, so I called again and again was told that someone would call me back. I'm still waiting and still paying insurance fees... For what?
