I had an amount transfered from my RCP to my Cheque account in error after I had already transfered the amount myself. I was told by general banking that I would have to reverse the transaction myself even though it was not my error. I had already been on the phone for over an hour, been transfered and hung up on, been told systems were down. Generally was at my wits end. Eventually someone from general banking put me through to sales and I was lucky enough to get Roshney Morgan (Telephone No. 011 299 3400) who sorted everything out within 10 minutes and called me back by which time I had also received my sms confiormation.
