USELESS PAYMENT HELP -- URGENT!!!

I had quit a traumatic morning!
Rushing to Dr's Offices and a General Surgeon, and after all this, after making an online payment, that showed that it went through on the app, NO money moved from my account, NO proof that the payment went through. I was refered and transfered 8 times from department to useless department.
My premier banking rep said that it seems that the amount is going to go through, that the online department said so, and after quadruple checking it with him that the amount will go through and that it shows on their side, no money went off. I then phoned the general enquiries YET again, and was transfered to online banking which then said that they pick up no transaction AT ALL!!!
I was also told that they cannot tell me whether the payment is being held somewhere and they cannot tell me whether it is safe to make a payment again, even though they say that NO payment reflects on the system as made!!! So basically, YOU and the DR.'s need to wait and see and then if it doesn't go off in a day, then make a payment, MAYBE!!! BULL S hit FNB!!! I am a private patient and can't go home without PAYING!!!
