I'm not happy with service received, I mean I requuetsed notice from my access save account on line and money was available yesterday when I tried widrawing those funds no funds available... imagine. Today when I phone. General banking I'm told those funds were re-invested... Because. I didn't widraw. Those funds in time I asked if I signed for that, and. She was not sure imagine a supervisor... And. Says a consultant was suppose to inform me, I believe. Standard bank must educate their client regarding the product cause I need my money today and If I was aware I could have transfered to my other account. I'm so dissapointed. And worse of all when transfered to tebogo @ protea gardens mall he says he will get some 1 to call me back I feel they don't hvave they don't connect with client!!! And understand my frastration...
