An unauthorised stop order was taken from my bank account when I called into the call centre I was told by ivy its a issue that has affected a lot of people and after waitin 25mins to get thru 2 her she transfered me an I waited 30mins then spoke to munier in general bankin who jus placed me on hold an transfered me back into the queue. So not only was money from me I am still on hold for 15mins an bein charged for this call more than R50. This is bad services standard bank.
