I'm horrified to note an increase in premiums from R 491, 15 to R 703, 25 in respect of the Daihatsu Terios. Noting - NO CLAIMS since this vehicle came onto your system. Is this how you reward customers?
The fact that as clients we not apprised of this HUGE increase is extremely disturbing and grounds for exteme bath faith on the part of Dial Direct. Today we find it out by accident while trying to get a total for tax return purposes.
Can you advise your response to this. I will be cancelling this policy in the next month or two and will most certainly be reporting my disgust on the social media.
PS. The information that you sent still did not answer my question, which had to do with the 2012 YEAR not 2013. How inefficient is that? My query began with your Call Centre ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND STILL NOT RESOLVED. How USELESS is your company?
