I had called on 04/10/2013 to enquire on the cancellation process for my policy. I was sent incorrect documents and advised that it takes 5 -10 working days. my transaction was finalised on the 04/11/2013. Payout is less than what i was told telephonically. during the process i have requested feedback from managers on numerous occasions.. I'm still waiting for a call.
Is this customer service, if i cant get proper assistance whilst I'm still alive, what then when I'm gone and my life cover should be paid out to my beneficiaries.
since then, i have decided to cancel my other policies with them. i have received confirmation of the cancellation. Still no call from a manager & the recorded conversation with the consultant who advised me of the monies to be paid out to me.
I still request a manager to call me - with answers to all my questions that i have posed on numerous occasions.
