On the 30th December 2013, and numerous times thereafter, I emailed Liberty Life advising that my mother in law requires the cash proceeds of her matured policy. The standard response I receive is;
"We hereby acknowledge receipt of your request for policy changes. We are unable to process the change due to the following outstanding requirement/s:
- Authority to release policy information form"
Despite asking (on numerous occasions) for this form to be provided to me, together with any other forms required so that they can be completed and submitted, the above response keeps on coming up. Do these guys not understand English or is it just to mess their clients around. Gobsmacked.
