I have been dealing with a Vanessa Yusuf from Liberty Life, i have requested on numerous occasions for her to cancel my life cover with them as i am not happy and all she has been doing is giving me the run around. I asked her how we would come about with cancellation and if i were to cancel what would the procedure be and if i would loose all the funds i have contributed as well as if i were to transfer to another companies life cover would my funds or even half of them to transferred as well. this has been on going since the 17th of June 2013. I do not appreciate being treated like this, we made an arrangement to meet at my work place but she did not show. i have sent plenty emails following up on my request, however all she has been doing is asking unnecessary questions that have nothing to do with anything. i have had enough, as a client i should be advised what will happen as oer my request. please help, if my account is debited this month i will take further actions.
