I have been ill over the past 6 months. I have had numerous surgeries and I have sent African Bank proof thereof. I have asked on numerous occasions for payment relief as I am unable to make the payments. I was asked to send through my documentation to African Bank which I did but no one seems able to assist me. I am not trying to get out of paying what I owe, just a bit of understanding. I am going in to hospital again next week for another major operation and would really appreciate some feedback or response at least.
