I bought a bed from Dial-A-Bed Boksburg last year December, and have been paying the account promptly since January 2013 (which was the start date of the contract)
African Bank has been contacting me every month stating the account is not paid when I have been paying and sending proof thereof monthly to Dial-A-Bed in Boksburg!!
African Bank has now listed me as default on ITC and state they cannot remove my name until I have paid for the whole loan amount!!! How can this be if they have listed me in error as I have been paying my monthly installment as per the agreement!!
