I was involved in a really horrible accident on the 30th of Oct and my car was written off. the ambulance were there in 5 minutes to take me to hospital and the tow service where right behind them. i logged my call and the next day Shanell called and sorted it all out. Shanell is professional, has a lovely nature and is a valuable consultant. its the little things like calling to see if I'm better that really puts a smile on my face. i got my courtesy car immediately and my replacement car is being delivered next week. now that is what i call service! first for woman is fantastic - i have been with them for 8 years and can highly recommend them.
