2 years ago we have ought a business and standard bank approved the loan. The business did not make it so we sold it for what we could and then made arrangements with standard bank regarding sorting out the loan and money we owe. They then consolidated the money we owed and we have split this into a Bond account and a personal loan which we have been paying since May last year.
Today I get a call from some legal company stating that we have been handed over by standard bank due to money we owe??? now I ask you what communication is there within the standard bank group if they did not consolidate the debt properly in the first place why we are now being treated like criminals. we have done everything from our side to make the bank is sorted on now this.. I am so tired of sending the same correspondence to everyone that works in STD. Why do they not communicate properly and why am I now being handed over because STD employees up..
