CONFUSION AND NO ABILITY TO PROVIDE ANSWERS

I opened a new Advance Account with Standard Bank and went into the Branch to sign documents approximatelly 2 weeks ago.
Problem 1 - The loan was supposed to cover Standard bank debt and external banks credit card. Upon signing the documents the consultant identifed that the loan amount was not sufficient and would not cover all the debt. She said that she would sort it out with the relevant deparment/s to increase the loan. To date she has not made any effort to call me to provide me with feedback. I have to call her to get feedback
Problem 2 - Standard bank is debitting me for the Advance account repayment but all the debt has not yet been settled. The branch consultant is confused and not able to assist and says that she cannot make payment to the external bank and actually seems quite clueless.
At this stage I am repaying the Advance Account loan and some of the other debt which was supposed to be covered by the Advance account.
This needs to be attended to as a matte of urgency
