I have an insurance policy with King Price Insurance for the past 5 months.
I called Eugene (Call Centre) to update my details.
I told Eugene that i checked my ITC Report and saw that i had a judgement, but i was in the process of sorting out the judgement.
I was told that since i was on ITC, it would affect my Insurance cover with them.
I would not be able to claim, should anything happen to my vehicle.
I was not told this when i initially signed up with King Price Insurance and had I not called in to update my details i still would not be informed.
I have spoken to other insurance companies and they are willing to offer me cover, with my judgement.
This is unacceptable practice from King Price.
