Fnb cannot assist

I was contacted by fnb in regards to a complaint i laid a few months ago and was told by the consultant that i can apply for debt consolidation after 6 months. i did that and fnb still cannot assist. i have had my account scince i started working. ive been a faithful customer to fnb. all the account s that went into arrears have now been paid up. but i was told by the consultant that "i do not qualify for anyloan with fnb) my salary gets paid into this account and fnb is the 1st people to get there money religously ever month no fail. as my bank i feel fnb is suppose to assist especially scnce they have access to the funds hands off.. another thing is there is always funds available yet my debit orders are not going through. even your accidental cover which is less then r100.00 you do not take. Somehow i feel that this bank is a bit unfair because they can entertain and give homeloans and car finance to outsider but not to their own customers. its just a pity that im forced to stay with fnb because i have to send ewallets to my mom ever month else i was gonna close this account fnb is of no use to me and i will not recommend anyone.
