I must say with all the people at DMC I had to deal with, Georgina was the first person to actually listen and assist. She did however fail to communicate during the process, but all ok in the end, as the results speaks for itself. I wish more people at DMC can learn from her and just take the time to listen, follow up and provide feedback, when there are some processes holding up the final out come. Thank you for your effort Georgina... I really appreciate this. Can someone also please provide me with some feedback with regards to a MTN and Silver credit card query from DMC's side? Several phone calls received, but I don't know what these agents are talking about. Would like to get some assurance that all claims are closed on the books and that I will not receive any more calls.
