I have always been a loyal customer and delighted with the service, however this time around i want absolutely nothing to do with Vodacom. I don't wish to even continue with my upgrade, as Vodacom has hired a bunch of incompetent individuals who know nothing about customer service. I have been transferred all over the show by agents who refuse to listen to my query and are just quick to advise that they don't deal with the query and transfer me. The verification process on every call is the same, I'm now a parrot repeating myself just so i can finally type a complaint on hellopeter. Please assist and cancel my upgrade, i can't keep travel with this phone daily. Who will be responsible when there is or damage? I need urgent feedback and from a person who will assist me with my cancellation!
