Appalled by treatment to customers

I visited the store to do my shopping after work yesterday immediately after picking my children up from creche. They were hungry so I decided to buy pies for them so that they would stop crying and I could get on with my shopping and go home. I stood at the counter watching Georgina look at me and help everyone else except me. When I eventually asked her if she wasn't going to help us since we were there before everyone else, but we were still waiting for her assistance, so very rudely said she doesn't help in that section. I asked her if she could get someone to assist and she said they are all gone. I asked her if the shop should then close because nobody can help and she said she doesn't know. The manager was on leave and I managed to find Tercia and asked for her assistance, explained everything to her and told her I expect an apology as well from Georgina. Tercia very kindly assisted me with the pies and then called Georgina and explained to her why I was upset and asked her to apologise for her rudeness. She actually argued with her superior in front of me and other customers and refused to apologise! Funny enough, when Tercia came to the back, another staff appeared from the back!
