Ridiculous service at the FNB branch in Delmas. Absolutely nothing good about the visit. Consultant provided the absolute minimum amount of information possible. No information on fees, specifics of the account, NOTHING. In the midst of the two and a half hour wait to open a business bank account, the consultant disappears without explaining.
