Pathetic

I first tried switching to FNB last year on their web site, I left my details and was informed that a consultant would contact me, a week went by and nobody contacted me and I got an sms to say that they had tried to get hold of me but I had no missed calls. I then went into my nearest branch and was made to wait almost an hour with no assistance, there were staff members walking around and chatting to each other, no body asked to help me or the people there before me. I realised that Standard bank gave me much better service and I stay with them. Today I tried again to open a second cheque account AND a savings account with FNB, I tried applying online and after giving all my information for both accounts, both gave me a message saying that there are discrepancies and someone would contact me. I have never had debt and can't understand what these discrepancies could be. if you want my business you should make its easy enough for me to deal with you. I find this absolutely appalling!!! FNB... How can you help me?? By actually helping me would be good, merely asking the question with a good marketing strategy is no good to me!
