Ad service after bad service

I applied for a bond and got told i need to wait to open a one account, a second branch told me that FNB does not do one accounts anymore, i got hold of someone with some sense who said it needed to be created when i applied for bond. Now i am being penalised and have to wait 6 months because my credit profile is too busy. it is not my fault that FNB provided me wrong information from the start. Please can this one account be created now?

Secondly, it has taken 3 months to open a business account. i have emailed all documents required and when i went to the bank on saturday i was told that my BA is frozen because they waiting for documents. Really, how many times must i send them?

Please can you sort out all my accounts this week. i am really shocked at the lack of help and false information provided. Again, why do i need to wait 6 months for a one account when i was given the wrong information from the start?
