I've been trying for a total of 2 weeks now to add another director to a business account.
All that happens is I get passed around to various departments and consultants that dont seem to have a f clue what is going on.
I get told to add online, then to send through docs, then to go to branch WHICH IS IT??? Why should I go in anyway, its ridiculous
And in FNB's response dont even try claim I have only tried it recently, I have sent through all docs 2 weeks ago but it seems you people loose email or documentation or it just gets lost along the way.
I am seriously regreting not going with Standard Bank.
